Letters from Villa Bellavista

The first story collection from Paper & Plume

Some houses hold more stories than we could ever imagine.

When Sarah, an American from Vermont, unexpectedly inherits a charming old villa in the Italian countryside, she arrives with little more than a suitcase, a sense of adventure, and no idea what awaits her.

Among the quiet beauty of olive trees, winding village lanes, and sunlit afternoons, Sarah discovers a bundle of old letters hidden inside a forgotten desk. Tied with a faded blue ribbon, they hold glimpses of a friendship, a past left unexplained, and words that may have waited far too long to be heard. As Sarah begins to uncover the stories tucked within Villa Bellavista, she finds herself drawn into a gentle journey of memories, unexpected connections, and the quiet magic of new beginnings.

Told through twelve beautifully written monthly letters, Letters from Villa Bellavista invites you to slow down, settle in, and become part of Sarah's journey.

Because sometimes, the most meaningful stories find their way to us one letter at a time.
