Returns & Refunds Policy

Conditions for Subscriptions:

• You are entitled to cancel your order within 10 days without giving any reason for doing so from the date of purchase.

• All subscriptions (other than our designated non-renewing gift subscriptions) are set to renew automatically. Your card will be charged, and your subscription will resume. If you do not want your subscription to renew, please contact us. If preferred, please log in to your account and cancel your subscription at any time.

• If your subscription renews and you prefer to cancel, please contact within 10 days from the day you were charged for a full refund prior to the subscription renewal beginning. No refunds will be issued past the 10 day policy noted here.

Cancellations:

• A cancellation email notification stating that the account has been canceled will be sent once you notify us of your intention to cancel your subscription. Please email us at contactdesk@paperandplume.com or in your account to update your subscription. Please note, if you are still being charged, you haven't cancelled your account.

• The deadline for canceling a subscription is 10 days from the date you received the goods

• In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Conditions for Lost or Damaged Letters:

• Should your letter arrive damaged, you are entitled to receive a refund for that particular letter. Alternately, we can send a replacement free of charge.

• If your letter is lost, a replacement will be mailed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a correct address upon checkout.

Address Change:

• Please contact us immediately. Letters are mailed by the 20th of each month. Any letters sent to the incorrect address due to non-notification of contacting us with the correct address will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Gift Cards:

• Are non-refundable.
